Technical & Engineering
• Perform preliminary design to support sales closure.
• Work together with Sales team on proposal and presentation.
• Detailed design, engineering and material selection to meet client requirements and specification.
• Provide technical support to production team.
• Project management for technical submittals, project schedules and deliverables.
Supply Chain
• Accountable for supply chain support to Sales and Production.
• Costing for tender.
• Material Procurement for production.
• Logistic support for production and project execution.
Production
• Accountable for production deliverable.
• Production planning (including schedule, manpower, machine).
• Operation of Daily Production.
• Responsible for product quality.
• Improvement for production methodology with new technology.
QA/QC
• Accountable for product quality.
• QA/QC Plan.
• Inspection and Test Plan.
• Quality Audits.
• Incoming & Outgoing Quality Control.
Installation and After Sales Service
• Cooperate with the customers on site; carry out the installation or operations strictly in accordance with the Product Specification.
• Complete the installation and services as per customer’s requests in a timely and qualified manner.
• Product/ System training after installation.
• Maintenance if necessary.
• Close cooperation with customer to monitor product and equipment performance.
• Storage of vital spare parts.
• 24/7 warranty services and repair arrangements.
