After Sales Services
atea’s products are designed to require minimum maintenance, and we provide training on how to operate and maintain all our products before they are handed over.
We understand the importance of having a highly mobile after sales service team, in order to offer fast and competent response to our customers. We therefore have representatives in many important industrial centers to ensure fastest possible response time and to be able to complete all after sales and warranty services.
We practice close cooperation with system owners to enhance the availability of spare parts and repair work in order to reduce system downtime. atea is also interested to provide in-house contractor services after turnkey project handover.
